  Always check your steak though, they tend to overcook them, but are good about fixing it.
  I would have loved to give Applebee's a much better review. I used to love it here and would come with my daughter for lunches and then turn around and come to family dinners here. My daughter loves the fact she can get steak on the kids menu. That said the management had some turnover issues and now is unresponsive and uncaring. The standards have slipped and just aren't up to par.
  The food prices have been rising, but the quality of the food and service haven't been keeping pace.
  It's really unfortunate because as I said, Applebee's was my favorite place to eat for years. The menu is different enough from other places to make me want to go, but with all the other issues I find it hard to want to go as much as once a month when we were coming here once or twice a week a few years ago.
